What is the max working load that the belt can hold a person ?

The velcro will fail FARRRRR BEFORE the belt will. The belt and buckle are quality. The webbing on the belt is THICK. 2 PLY DOUBLE WEBBING 1.75 inch belt. I use the wolf every day for my duty pants. My pants hold up 20 lbs of gear. As long as you can fix the velcro, the belt will last a lifetime. I would buy 2 just in case they go belly up. I just purchased my 3rd.

I wear a size 36 pants which one would be best?

Go to the next size up. That way you have room for in the waist band carry. They do run small but are a great belt. It just depends on how you carry. I have a 38” waist and bought an extra large for in the waist band carry and it’s fine. I recommend also for 36” waistline.

Hi i just ordered an xl sized belt i wear a size 46 and i work as a courier for armoured vehicle i was wondering if this will fit well at my size?

I wear a 42-44 and have the xl. I have plenty of room. So I would say at a 46 you shouldn't have any problems.
