UPDATE: I did not request a return or replacement and aside from this product review I did not contact the seller at any time. However today I received a new marinade injector in the mail. This one is a different model. I have not used it but it seems much more durable and well made. I increased from 1 star to 4 simply based on their customer service and for taking honorable action to make it right for me. Thank you ofargo. Got it in time to inject my marinade for the Thanksgiving turkey. Washed it and noticed a crack from the tip where the needle screws in about an inch up the tube. I filled it with water to see if it would affect the use and sure enough water sprayed right out the side. Very disappointed. Plan B for my marinade now.
