I take a multivitamin, ginseng, and recently added this product to my daily regiment. Take 2 1000mg of ginseng, and 2 of these bad boys everyday now. I work out at least 10 times a month. I saw results after taking this for about 2 weeks. Everyday after that first 2 weeks got better with each day My energy level AND MOTIVATION have been increased enormously. I'm not sure it's it's the stack or this product in general. But I give this 5 stars across the board! Oyeah, I can't keep my hands off my girlfriend all of a sudden! Everything that has turned me on with her in the past is back X10. We both love it! Just ordered my second bottle. You have a regular customer for life here! It's a great addition to my daily intake. I have been taking this for a month now out of curiosity about Tongkat Ali. I don't have any problems down there so I didn't think this supplement was going to do much, but I was definitely wrong. I've read multiple forum posts and articles stating that a person should take 2 grams of 1:200 extract per day with 5 days on and 2 days off to see the maximum benefit, so I ignored the instructions on the bottle and did this with 3 capsules a day which comes to 1800mg slightly less than 2 grams. Towards the end of the first 5 days, I noticed my libido going through the roof, a much more stable mood, and erections that were ridiculously hard. On the first 2 days off, the effects went down but not by much. The 3 additional 5 day periods taking it that the bottle lasted me, the effects got stronger and stronger with each 5-day cycle and I started having noticeable fat loss and muscle gain. Excited to get my next bottle and see how strong the effects become. Definitely would recommend.

Review of Tongkat Ali for Men by VH Nutrition. I've been taking this for about 1 month. It seems to give me better energy/strength and especially better mental focus. It also improves the libido. Not sure if it helps with erections. I also have not noticed it affecting sleep at all. Taking 2 capsules a day, the recommended dose, does seem to work. It's not a dramatic difference, but it is noticeable and I will continue taking it. So far I've seen no negative side effects, just benefits. This is one of the few supplements that I can tell it's making a difference. And the product appears to be high quality; I do wish the capsules felt a little smoother. They seem a little bit sticky or not smooth on the outside, and are very light, which makes them a bit hard to swallow sometimes. All in all, I like the benefits and can deal with the very slight drawbacks. I would recommend this product to a friend.

I did some research and found this product. It had great reviews and me being in my mid 40’s I can tell you that there are days when I can feel my age. I’m still in good shape and still packing on muscle. I wanted something that could aid me in keeping up my test levels. After taking this I felt the difference a few hours later. It proved to be evident when I hit the gym later on. I had more energy and felt like I was getting more out of my workout. I take this along with Maca root and it hits hard and the plus side is that it’s natural. I might add that if you take Tongkat Ali along with Maca you will be able to go multiple rounds when it comes time to put it down when you decided to go to pound town. You feel like you’re in your twenties again and she’ll love it. I highly recommend this because you’re getting 2 for 1 when you use it. It does exactly what nature designed it to do. What more could you ask for?

Bought this to help increase testosterone. The biggest effect it had for me was sleep quality. I am prone to stress dreams; I have started and stopped this product several times and I have totally noticed a reduction in stress dreams. I am female.

Big caution to anyone buying tong lat in 2026 . Their six year ability to secure bitter tastingand thus good quality product is a question mark . Perhaps their buyer over there left or couldn’t deal with tariffs . I’m using up my old supply and found something. In a small market supply but tw other well known companies seemed as bad as this so quality now wades along till they recover or sell out our this stuff . Twice this year came up bad as of early May 2026 and once before january . Only Buy one bottle if willing to take chalky ground up root of not usualness .I hope some one posts when the good bitter light medium brown root is once more on target

I use to be a non-supplement guy but now I love experimenting with supplements to see the type of effects they have on my body. Always looking for the natural P.E.Ds to give me a slight edge Tongkat Ali was a great experimentation. Especially from this company, priced right and good value. Effects are most noticeable the first 1-2 weeks. Do not expect this to replace your diet/lifestyle. My diet/lifestyle is already on point, so everything I take is a cherry on top. In terms of testosterone/drive/aggression, I did notice a small boost... about 10-15% jump in my baseline. However, as with ALL SUPPLEMENTS, your body will adapt. If you're suffering from Low T or "hormonal issues", taking supplements is not the cure. Address the root and then use these as enhancers. e.g: My total T (I know probably doesnt matter to you guys) are 700-800 ng; if I take these T boosters, I feel as if i'll jump to 800-900, also allowing more FREE T to be liberated (temporarily)
