Q: Can the neck wrap be heated in the microwave and used as a heat pad? Dolly says the head pc can be. How about the neck wrap?

Due to its unique material, if it is overheated, it may cause the neck wrap to swell and shorten its service life. Therefore, we recommend that you control the heating time and frequency strictly. 2. Remove the neck wrap from plastic protective bag and microwave it for 30 seconds. Then turn over the neck wrap and heat it for another 30 seconds. 3. Check whether the neck wrap is sufficiently warm. If needed, heat the neck wrap in increments of 10 seconds until the desired temperature is reached. 4. Do not overheat. Always check the temperature before sliding it over the affected area. 5. Once the neck wrap is sufficiently warm, slide it over the affected area for relief. 6.
