Pigtails meant for PCB soldiering, not for screw blade terminals.
Product works great, and still has 12.3V with all 16 cameras connected. The included pigtails have a tinned exposed wire of ~1/8" and are only a foot long at best. To use them you have to strip off more insulation, or risk insecure connections. Instead of being able to pre-wire the included pigtails before swapping out the old panel with this one, I ended up having to reuse the old longer ones. Not a deal breaker, but these pigtails were too short, and the pre-stripped lengths were not meant for this type of installation.

Good power
This power supply provides sufficient power to drive my devices. I modified my unit: replaced the 18 port board, added booster boards for various voltages and added cooling fans. I personally don't like the very bright LEDs. I swapped out the resistors (higher resistance) to dim the bulbs on the front. The reset fuses will cut out at 1.1 amps. I didn't like the specs on these fuses so I changed some of them. I had another lower amperage power supply exactly like this running for a year without issue. You can get exact replacement parts from AliExpress. You can get comparable parts faster from Digi-key.

Black screen!
All my cameras were black, immediately I thought maybe one camera caused all the other ones to malfunction, but after some google searches everything pointed to it being a power issue. I purchased this, rewired everything and had my black screens showing very clear picture again. My alarm company wanted an arm and leg for something that was super simple. Definitely say a DIYer like myself can handle this easily! If you screens are black give this a shot!

I have a small one at first. It could only handle 8 cameras. This one can handle twice as much. A must have if you have up to 16 channels DVR.
