Santa Cruz Organic Pure Lime Juice -- 16 fl oz - 2 pc

Tastes terrific, real juice and organic. What more could I ask for? It is a bit pricier than other brands, but it’s worth it to me. A key ingredient in my cooking (think Thai food and marinating grilled salmon) as well as my margarita recipe. Yum!

Used for margaritas at a party. I thought about squeezing my own lime, but I’m glad I went this route. Definitely tasty and saved me lots of time. Margaritas were delicious.

This is all lime juice and is not reconstituted with water. It has a very nice flavor, use it mainly in my smoothies but also on salads. Santa Cruz makes great products.

I’ll never waste time rolling and squeezing limes again! Wonderful for cocktails and so easy! Shake! Slight pulp but nothing a strainer won’t work out if you want 100% it’s slight at worst. Great juice super fresh!! 100% recommend!!

I use this for the occasional margarita or baking. It keeps in my fridge for many weeks and always tastes fresh and lime-y. I know chefs tell you to always use fresh limes, but with this product I think that's unnecessary.

My favorite cocktail is a Pegu Club. However, it's a hassle keeping fresh limes on hand at all times, having to use them before they go rotten, and press the fresh juice every time I want a cocktail.This stuff works great. The flavor is as close as you can get to fresh pressed lime juice. It is a bit cloudy and can leave a bit of a cloudy film on top of the drink. I'd prefer if it were filtered, but it still works great.Highly recommend for home cocktail mixers that don't want to deal with having a fridge full of citrus and racing to use them before they go bad.
