Aquarium Starter Kit (3 Gal), Rimless Glass Low Iron Fish Tank, Ultra Clear Fish Tank with Filter and Light, Small Beta Fish Tank & Filter with Surface Skimmer & 3-Mode LED Light

I love it very clear, looks superb, the only thing I am not too impressed with is the 3-gallon Aquarium the price is a little too high.

Great little starter tank. Needed a home for a new betta fish that was given to my daughter as a gift in a little fish bowl. I believe it came from a party as a centerpiece. Felt a need to let him thrive because I felt guilty as a 8-10 yr old child, I would always buy bettas and they would always die on me. Now that I’m older, did the time for some research then more research and then more research on how to take care of them and how to cycle a tank. I had know idea, I was about to spend more than just a tank lol. Live plants, substrates, barriers, food, lights and countless chemical treatments, cleaners and tools.The tank is very cute and perfect size for where I planned to put it. I have very little space in my home. It is clear as glass can be but downside was it was narrow for putting things in the tank.It came with a light that was bleh.. did not sit flush because of the filter and felt like it blocked too much of the tank to get in there. Dealt with it, till I researched how to get live plants to thrive with a good full spectrum light and upgraded to one and can use a smart plug to work with google home.The filter that came with it, is a really good size for this tank. I read complaints that it was noisy and did notice it the first few days. After tinkering and saw that it came from the skimmer, I just raised the water level a lot higher about an inch to inch and a half to rim. It is super quiet. I can’t even tell that it’s on. Also with the higher level, you can slow the flow rate much more for my betta Red.Now Red seems happy and has a little more room to swim and explore. This may be a new hobby for me now. Just need more space for bigger tanks.

It's a beautiful tank. Worth the price for that alone. Nice silicone work, very nice low-iron glass - and most importantly - fits beautifully on that built in 'shelf' on my wall.The light - works, but with no way to connect to a timer; didn't suit my needs - ended up replacing with a hygger unit with built in timer.HOB filter does work, but as many have noted - it has an annoying hum. Still hunting for a suitable replacement.But I really bought this for the aquarium itself - being just the right size to sit where I wanted - and I'm 100% happy with that. I wasn't expecting the filter or light to suit my needs, however their basic functionality works - and for some people they may be totally fine.

UPDATE 11/13 - The seller reached out and offered to send me the upgraded filter to replace the noisy one I got and it is truly SILENT. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and replacement filter. With the upgraded filter, this kit is perfect!11/6 - The tank looks really nice and the light is nice but the filter is horrendous. If it were constantly loud, it wouldn't be that bad but no, it's quiet sometimes but then it randomly makes a really loud sucking noise for awhile. I have no idea why it's acting like that but I can't make it stop. Little disappointed because the rest of the kit is great. Fyi the controller for the light blinks constantly so if it's in the same room that you sleep in, that can be annoying. But overall it's a pretty nice kit for the price. Just wish the filter was normal so I could actually use it and put fish in this tank.

I like the rimless look and clear glass. The filter has a skimmer which I really like. It does make a little bit of noise. The tank is narrow and so the light with the filter on makes the light support a bit precarious. The height of the tank is good for plants. I got a tiny heater for it that was not included in the kit and plant aquarium gravel also not included.
