Brilliant Fans and LED lights
Superb lights and fan. I have 7 of these now in different rooms and they are easy to install. All work well with Alexa and a blessing in the heatwaves we have been having. As they are on the ceiling they are much better that desk/floor fans. Cannot recommend enough.

Great fan but
I love this light/fan but it constantly goes offline so you can't use your voice which is what you pay so much for. Incredibly frustrating. So you start the pairing process again and it lasts maybe a day. Customer service is useless.Until they fix that I'd avoid it!!

Great fan and great price
Just installed this fan today in my bedroom it’s been great so far very quite compared to my tower fan, very easy to install apart from one issue was the wiring one was brown and one was blue on the motor control box it said the blue was Live and brown was Neutral which isn’t usually the case so I wired it up the way it should be blue to neutral and brown to live/line and has been working perfect.It is very good quality and the design is very trendyWould definitely recommend for those summer months

Great fan shame about the app
Fan and light are good but the app is terrible, and thus far been unable to connect.
