Dissolves nicely
As a sugar free substitute it is good . Much sweeter than sugar so it is not a 1 to 1 measurement exchange. It dissolves nicely in a hot drink. I would recommend it as a sugar substitute.

Weird texture
I have the Werve powdered sugar and love it. But the texture of this granulated Swerve is weird. It is granulated but it doesn't break down well in food. I made banana bread using it and the bread tasted sour after one day. There was no Sweetness left in the bread. It is 0 calories.
