Q: Can this be used for a mobility scooter and can it be easily cut to fit?

That's what I bought mine for but I haven't been able to use it yet, it looks like it's made the jump over my small step at the back door lower so hopefully when I have to reverse my scooter in through the back door I shall be able to do it, I got it as my scooter wouldn't go over the step with me on it I had to get behind it and put it on free wheel and rock it over which wasn't good for my knees or legs, once I've tried it I shall put it on the site to let everyone know. P.S. my son put it down for me as I can't bend very well.

Q: Are messurs in mm or cm? I need 90cm wide and 9cm high
