I’ve been using the Gua Sha with my face serum for about three months and have noticed my skin has less wrinkles and lines. I am happy I got it and it is a staple in my skin care routine.

I’m an esthetician and ordered this to try it out. I love the differences in the warm and cold options, which actually do get pretty warm and cold. I was pleasantly surprised by that. I’m considering ordering another one just to have on hand.

The tool is compact and lightweight, and it's easy to operate. It's a great design because it's comfortable to hold, and it doesn't take a lot of maneuvering. It's also a perfect size for traveling.There are four modes, and it's easy to switch between them. Three of the modes feature heat, and three of the modes feature vibration. I tried all four modes, and found them all comfortable to use. Each mode is geared toward a specific benefit, but there is very little information on how to get effectively use each mode to achieve the best results. I'm new to using Gua Sha, so I wish there was a more thorough description of how to best utilize the scraping tool.The tool charges via a Type C USB cable which is included, however the charger is not. It took approximately 60-75 minutes to fully charge it the first time, but the average charging time is 2-3 hours.There is a safety feature that powers off the device after 10 minutes, which is interesting because the suggested duration is 15 minutes per session. Despite the lack of guidance, it's a good product and I hope to see some noticeable results after continued use.

The Massager has a nice presentation upon opening, it included the massager, a base stand, a USB-C charging cable and an instruction manual. It also includes a cloth, I am not sure what that is for, maybe cleaning? The box even has rubbery inserts for cushioning. Unfortunately my base was missing one leg (basically a small rubber “dot”), a very minor point but should be noted.When charging the unit, a red light will flash on the top of the unit, or you will see three lights flashing on the light beads on the backside. Once charged a steady blue light shows. To turn it on, press the button for about 3 seconds to get the “Welcome” screen. The next button is the “deep clean” gear which is a warm heat with vibration and no light. You will definitely feel the warmth and a light vibration. The next gear is “nutrition” and again vibration but now with much more heat with red light. The next gear is “boost” with no vibration but a cooling function and blue light. Both the heat and cooling work quite well and are strong. I tried to get the temperatures of the unit at heat and cooling but I could tell my thermometer was WAY off (maybe that is why they do not sell it anymore, lol). the last gear is vibration with green light.Per description: To protect the battery life, gear 1&2 will automatically shut off after 8 minutes use. Gear 3 will intelligently shut off after 3 minutes of use. If the device was turned on but not be used in 12 minutes, it will shut off too. It uses a USB-C charge port. I found the unit seemed to turn off sooner than these times, but worked quite well.I was very impressed with the heating and cooling functions, they worked better than I thought they would. The heat can get quite warm and if you let it sit for a minute then touch your face you will find it quite hot and will be force to move the unit quickly on your face to cool it a bit. The cool function also was impressive and colder than I expected.I cannot really comment on how well this will work on actual skin care, but I can say I found all the functions work well (not really sure if the lights do anything though).I will keep this review up to date if any new issues arise upon usage, and as time passes.

This unit helps relax the cheek areas and below her eyes. The vibration has a couple of levels along with adding heat and cooling. My wife likes the cooling around her temples. It does heat up nicely and the cooling function helps on stressful days. It fits well in your hand.

It's really a must to read the instructions or watch videos before using as there's multiple settings and you really don't want to take away from the benefits of using to stop and read at that time (do it before). This reminds me of the "Ice and heat" facials I use to get on cruise ships. Feels wonderful. The type of product you use with it also makes a difference: I use ELEMIS (can buy on Amazon). Feels great!

The heating function helps to open up the pores, allowing for deep cleansing and better absorption of skincare products. On the other hand, the cooling function helps to soothe and refresh the skin, reducing puffiness and calming inflammation. I found the temperature range to be effective and adjustable according to my preferences.
