Great Value and Solid Build, Works Perfectly for Me
I’ve been using this propane refill adapter to top off my small 1lb tanks, and overall, I’m really happy with it. The construction feels heavy-duty and solid, and it’s very straightforward to use. It’s definitely a great money-saver compared to buying new bottles every time. I know some people have reported issues with green bottles not filling properly or leaking, but I haven’t experienced any of that as mine seals tight with zero leakage. The pressure gauge is easy to read, and while it might not be top-tier quality, it gets the job done. For the price, the quality is excellent. Refilling is a breeze, and I highly recommend it if you’re looking to cut costs!

Works great on a refillable LP bottle
This adaptor works well when used with a refillable LP bottle. I could not get it to work on the one-time use Coleman type bottles because those bottles do not have a bleeder valve. But that isnt the adaptors fault. I would buy this again.

Not a proper way to fill.
It does work to a point. To properly fill propane tanks, you need to vent the tank being filled, disposalable tanks do not have that capacity. No instructions were given with the adaptor so I had to search for something suitable, which, as you are aware of, there is alot of questionable solutions out there. This item is non-returnable so I will have to eat the mistake I made. Hope you don't have to! I would have to say it is well made and usable but propane is a pressurized, flamable gas and this method leaves alot to be desired.
