Game changer
When I started taking these I saw a difference straight away in my gym sessions. It’s slightly different for everyone but it takes about 10ish mins for it to kick in for me.The flavour is ridiculously good - I’d drink this as a normal drink.The only thing is that you do end up building a dependency to this if you keep taking it and you’ll feel like you run out of stamina more quickly, when you don’t take it. It’s relative though and if you never took it, then you wouldn’t feel that. My point is though, you’ll definitely notice a difference with taking it and if you forget to take it one session, it might be a demotivating session.

Convenient shot in a bottle
I have nothing but good things to say, flavour is really nice not too sweet or bitter. Just the right amount of caffeine and all the other ingredients are well dosed too. Hopefully some more flavours to come as I’ve now had them all and they are equally as good in taste.

While it might be a bit too sweet for my taste, I've found it incredibly effective. It prompted me to try their powdered version, which has significantly boosted my energy and concentration. Since I rely heavily on mental focus rather than physical exertion, this has been essential for powering through my day.
