Didn't work for me
The product worked great on digital TVs, impressing my students but was not very durable. Stopped working in less than a year.

Buttons are reversed, didn't work on screen
For some reason, you push the down arrow to move forward. We get it wrong every time and it's horrible for viewers. Also, the cursor was very difficult to control, it skipped all over the screen and we have to hold the remote in ridiculous positions.

UNRELIABLE SOFTWARE, BIZZARE POPUP MESSAGES
I received the device and tried to install it. THE SOFTWARE IS TOTALLY UNRELIABLE, and installing the dongle caused a very obscure popup message. One visit the the manufacturer's website convinced me that this manufacturer is NOT customer friendly, unless you are from China.

Software download marked as dangerous
The basic functions work out of the box, but this device requires software download to work properly. I tried to download the software on two different computers, but Chrome blocks the download, giving an error "Dangerous download blocked". It appears that Chrome has flagged this software as dangerous.

Never worked
Avoid using this piece of garbage. It never worked as described. Technical support? It doesn't exist.

Not useful in a professional setting. This lacks precision and setup is mighty complex.
