I have only just begun to use this product so I cannot yet attest to things like battery life, dependability over time, etc.Good: easy to operate, holds charge over days (so far) and can be used several times in a row. The cooling feature is pretty awesome and I cannot figure out how it works because there is no freezing of any parts required. The air pressure is varied and the strong setting is amazing for a migraine. You can easily connect it to your phone Bluetooth or listen to the relaxing music built into the unit. It bends in the middle for molding to the face and compact for travel.Downsides: it doesn’t seem to be able to cool the entire cycle (and I am not surprised since it produces cold without freezing anything ahead of time). Since face sizes range, it fits a little large for me; I have an oval face and I am in the narrow side…as in I wear petite or kids’ sized glasses. So you kind of need to mess around with placement on your face. The manufacturer admits in the description that the unit is heavy. Despite the picture of the woman wearing it, standing up with a mug in her hand and a smile on her face, it is best used laying down. I agree; it’s a bit heavy and you can’t see so why would you try to drink coffee?I am hopeful the product stands the test of time and usage as I have already used it twice a day since it arrived because I have chronic migraines and it’s so relaxing!

Había pedido una anterior y me apretaban mucho con el masaje y mucho calor.Estas son geniales, el masaje es relajante y también da frío. Para la migraña es perfecto 👌 La recomiendo totalmente

pour le moment je ne regrette pas mon achat, le bruit (normal pour ce genre de produit) ne me dérange pas, je me suis découvert des point douloureux à l'appui lors du 1° massage, ceux-ci s'atténue un peu plus à chaque fois, donc l'appareil débloque ces points.à voir à l'usage avec le temps

Io lo utilizzo sdraiata a letto prima di dormire. Seduti, visto il peso, scivolerebbe sul naso.L'opzione massaggio soft, per me personalmente, è un po' troppo energica.Conclusioni:Lo trovo fantastico ed è una coccola meravigliosa. Lo consiglio.
