Absoloutely amazing! I didn’t think I struggled with sleep before but these really do make you sleep so well! Love them

Excellent product

Amazing difference to my night sleep as it seems to diminsh my restless leg syndrome to a great extent. However for that problem I take it 4 hours before bed allowing the magnesium to circulate throughthe system. I have ordered moer already.

They do make a difference with muscle pain. Good value when on offer.

This supplement has improved my sleep health and muscle recovery! I have problems sleeping even with the aid of sleeping medication, but this has helped keep me asleep for longer and I feel more well rested. I work full time on my feet and lifting heavy objects and this helps me bounce back a bit faster than I would without it. There is quite a bit that comes in here and it's very cheap for a good product. Doesn't smell as bad as some other supplements either...

Ich spüre körperlich keine große Veränderung zum Magnesiumcarbonat, welches ich vorher genutzt habe. Aber immerhin scheint diesea Produkt ein bisschen besser im Magen verträglich zu sein. Ich kann das Produkt daher empfehlen, vor allen Dingen für Personen die einen etwas empfindlicheren Magen haben.

Bon produit. Je préfère cependant prendre des électrolytes en goutes car je les trouve plus performants. Mais ça reste un très bon produit, et très facile à amener partout avec soi
