I struggle with sleep so I take these about 1 to 2 hours before bed and they help me relax, fall alseep and stay asleep for longer. They dont keep you asleep but they help in reducing the time youre awake in the night. I get vivid dreams when im in a light sleep but this is usually when id be awake and struggling to get back to sleep. Vivid dreams are a common affect when taking any form of magnesium glycinate. Very happy with this product and i will be purchasing them again when I run out!

I take two magnesium Glycinate every night. I get a better quality of sleep and really helps alot with muscle spasms, I suffered alot with spasms, big difference taking these.

I work full time on my feet and lifting heavy objects and this helps me bounce back a bit faster than I would without it. There is quite a bit that comes in here and it's very cheap for a good product. Doesn't smell as bad as some other supplements either...
