I bought this as a cute little replacement for my full size, actually waving maneki neko that got broken by a curious toddler. Comparing the two would be like comparing apples to bread, so I won't. For the price, as a replacement for something slightly irreplaceable, I really like this little guy. Pleasing shape, nicely made. The stickers to each side are actually stickers and I had to press them down again firmly at the corners which was a little irritating but not a deal breaker. Sturdy - it's survived two 3' falls onto carpet after a jerk cat batted it off the bookshelf. (this is why I don't have nice things)

I got this for decoration purposes so the piggy bank aspect of it did not apply to my purchase or review. It came well protected and came in tact. The design is super cute. I would recommend this product.

A really nice, well-made (in Japan) ceramic neko. There's a felt disk on the bottom that you'd maybe want to remove & replace with a stopper if you wanted to use it as an actual coin bank. I won't because I don't want to risk damaging the ceramic with dropping coins inside. Looks exactly as pictured. The two rectangles on the neko's tummy are paper stickers, such as appear on many others I already own. A lovely addition to my maneki neko collection.

I believe this is the 7th maneki neko I’ve ordered from this seller and they always are shipped and arrive promptly. They have meticulous paint(nothing drives me more crazy than a messy paint job on decor!) and plus the color is never washed out. Great quality ☺️

Absolutely adorable...I keep this in my office at work...and now at home...to attract love because pink is the color that appears to attract love. No love yet...but very good vibes!!

This is probably my bad for not reading the dimensions but if you are planning on putting a lot of coins in this you wont be able to. The bottom is covered with a fabric so once you open it to get the coins once, it cannot be used again.
