This is THE pillow! So firm and yet soft. A little too thick but it absolutely molds to you and it becomes super comfy. I’ve only had it for one night and it was the best for side sleeping!!! I sleep so well and my neck felt so supported and relaxed. I’ve had chronic neck issues for years and gone through tons of pillows and finally found the one. It was good to use right out of the box, it is cool and there is no smell like others. Material is firm and soft and feels high quality. I shall see how the firmness holds over time but so far for a one time use I am super impressed.

Very well made, but they are hard as rocks, firm is an understatement. I returned them immediately because I felt like I was sleeping on a board if you like a very firm hello there would be great, but not for me.

We picked up these Casper Essential Cooling Foam Pillows during Prime Day to replace our older cooling foam pillows that had started sticking to the pillowcases. The pillows themselves are comfortable and supportive, but the cooling technology isn’t as ‘chill’ as we hoped—there’s a slight cool feel, just not the strong cooling effect we were led to believe from the description. For now they’re fine, and we’re planning to pair them with dedicated cooling pillowcases to see if that helps keep things more comfortable on warm summer nights.

Objective statements: Appears high quality, no loose threads, nice zipper closure. Material is soft. Size is as you would expect. Subjective statements: Very comfortable to sleep with. Great for side sleepers. More firm than fluffy. Material is very comfortable, and does not trap heat as much compared to regular pillows.

I am giving this pillow 5 stars, though it did not work for me. I think it will be an excellent find for some who are looking for the qualities this pillow has. First of all, it is excellent quality. It does have a factory smell that I believe will dissipate after a couple days. It is definitely a firm. Like very firm. I am shocked to see people saying this is not a firm pillow. I have been looking for a firm pillow. I have tried 5 so far. They have all been too soft. Then comes this one and somehow it's too hard. I was so bummed. It's also very tall and because it is firm, I didn't sink in far enough into it and it made my neck hurt. I think it'll be awesome for someone else though. I envy that person because this is a great pillow. One thing I want to point out is that in the images for the pillow, it states it is 6 inches. In the product description it says 5 inches. It is in fact 6 inches. I was glad for this at first thinking I maybe wouldn't sink to the bottom. Instead it ended up being too tall. Overall this is a very quality pillow. Firm and supportive. I hope this helps someone in the pillow buying crisis like myself.

This pillow seems very nice, I thought it was going to be great. However it causes the neck to be lifted up to high which results in a lot of neck, shoulder and middle/upper back pain. Chiropractic care cost my hundreds of dollars but couldn't fix it. All it took was getting a new pillow. I suspected it was the pillow because it started when I changed pillows but because this pillow was so expensive I didn't want to let it go. It would have been much better to lose the $60 pillow than to pay the hundreds for chiropractor to only still have pain.

This is a nice pillow, very cooling and I love the firmness but it's just too thick to be comfortable to me. My head and neck end up elevated and uncomfortable in the night. I have no idea why one of the product images says this is 2" thick. If you read the description, it says 5" which is more accurate.

Worth the wait to get this pillow in Europe. Was available in king size for a good price and is definitely worth it.

This pillow completely changed the way I sleep. The foam gives just the right amount of support without feeling too firm. It also stays cool through the night which is a big deal for me since I tend to overheat. I used to wake up with a sore neck and now I wake up feeling rested. I didn’t realize how much difference the right pillow could make until I tried this one. If you’re worried about spending so much on a pillow, I’d like to assure you that getting a restful sleep IS worth it!

This Casper foam pillow feels supportive and well made. It has a firmer feel than a regular soft pillow, which is good if you prefer more neck support or sleep mostly on your side. The cover also feels smooth and comfortable. I like that it keeps its shape better than many basic pillows, and it does not flatten too quickly. The cooling feel is nice at first, although it still depends on the room temperature and how warm you sleep.
