I'm writing this review close to 2 years after buying the product. Firstly - I can say this massively worked for me. Really helped me align my wake up and sleep times of day - which more and more research is showing is massively important for sleep quality and overall health. I used the product pretty much everyday since buying which really says it all. It's obviously not a silver bullet - but if you're looking to boost your health and energy through easier wake ups and better sleep then this is for you. Secondly - mine did break! One of the arms snapped off and affected the electrics, ultimately rendering it unusable. However, the support I got from AYO customer services was next level brilliant. I let them know the details and had a replacement item shipped on next day delivery. This seems like a company that cares about their customers and does the right thing. Great product, great service.

I am so thankful that I purchased these glasses they’ve helped improve my vision my brain is more alert when I use them for the recommended 20 mins I feel much better I have brain disease and it is helping me with this greatly I’ve been using it for 6 days now and I literally don’t know why I never bought this before I still continue to appreciate these blue light glasses I do 20mins at night and 20mins in the day and that actually helps me so much I cannot believe how much better and energetic I feel

What a revolutionary invention! These AYO light therapy glasses have completely changed my life. As anybody who has ever attempted to get a good sleep will understand, I have been struggling with energy levels as well as sleep patterns over past years. The design of the glasses is smooth and comfortable so it fits easily into my daily routine. The integration with the app is impressive: it’s very user friendly and lets me tailor the light schedule according to my requirements. This has significantly boosted my daytime energy levels as well as regulation of night-time sleep; hence helping me achieve a more relaxing and rejuvenating night’s rest. One great thing about these glasses is their portability; thus, I can use them anywhere at home, in the office or even when travelling. It has an impressive rechargeable battery life that allows multiple sessions before needing to charge again. The customer support from the AYO team is second to none. I had a few questions for them and they were quick, elaborative and kind. What a fantastic investment for my health these glasses have been!

Originally appeared to be broken after third use. Contacted support who were very responsive and helpful. Charging cable appeared to be no longer working. Support sorted that out and glasses work Do appear to be a bit fragile but kept in their box have survived a few trips now.

My energy levels deplete in the winter, so when my friend recommended these glasses I decided to give them a try. They are very light, comfortable and perfect to use - even on the go! They certainly help to brighten dull, cloudy mornings by improving my mood - but also my productivity and sleep. The app is very informative and helpful; I stick to the recommended time frame to wear the glasses. I got used to them and I will definitely keep wearing them throughout the long winter. I can't recommend them enough :)

Super nice design and very light. Definitely feel energised after a session with the glasses but can only do shorter periods since my (light green) eyes are relatively sensitive to strong lights. Would suggest adding the option to adjust the intensity in the next version. Super cool either way. Edit: Turns out there is an option to adjust the light intensity in the companion app!

I have been using it for almost a week each morning and it seems to work. I have more energy in the morning and no fatigue. Also seems to be quite comfy too.

I was skeptical at first, not sure if it was a placebo effect, but as Autumn has turned to Winter I'm more and more certain these work as claimed. I have Fibromyalgia and really struggle getting up for work and making it through the day. However, these seem to tip the balance enough to get me up and moving. Don't get me wrong, I still need a strong coffee and the will to move, but I'm not hitting snooze 10 times and even wake up at 5am at the weekends, like some sort of 'morning person'. I also take them to work and use them around lunchtime and it gets me through to 5pm, and stops me yawning the whole drive home. Expensive, but would recommend. Edit: reduced to 3* as the nose pads snapped after 3 months due to metal fatigue and an arm snapped off after 4 months from what I'd considernormal use. Treat them gently, not the build quality I'd expect for the price.

Love mine! Especially since I have dry syndrome and using the red light to help with this. Customer support is also quite speedy and always helpful.

I've had this for 3 months now and have found it works very well. Then I had a warranty issue and the support team was amazing and handled everything extremely quickly.

I love these light therapy glasses. I have used both Luminette and HappyLights and these are by far the most comfortable.

I’ve been using the AYO Light Therapy Glasses in the morning, and they’ve quickly become part of my routine. The light feels soft and natural, not harsh at all, and it gives me a comforting lift right as I start my day. It’s been especially helpful during the autumn and winter months, when the darker days tend to bring on the "winter blues". Since adding them to my mornings, my energy feels steadier, my mood brighter, and the day is much easier to ease into. I also want to mention how lovely the customer service has been: super friendly, quick to respond, and happy to help with any questions or concerns. It made the experience even better.

I bought these glasses last fall (2025) and have been delighted with them. Although I wouldn't classify myself as a problem sleeper, consistent use of the glasses brought an immediate uptick in mood, productivity, and sleep quality. Therefore it was upsetting to have a hinge crack and the glasses become inoperable. But when I dropped Alex, the company cofounder, an inquiry he immediately responded with an offer to replace the glasses. What's not to like?
