It's hard finding not only the colour you want but hair dye that doesn't contain almond or shea oils. I bought thr deep amethyst. My hair had turned a dull reddish brown with a lot of visible silver/grey snd I wanted a lovely deep plum/conker shade. Turned out beautifully and smells lovely. Only downside is there is not much conditioner but I do have VERY thick Irish hair. 2 bottles covered my mane and its down to my waist. It's not a vivid purple but a beautiful mahogany shade a bit like a chestnut or purple sheen of a conker! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great quick acting hair dye for root touch ups *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 13 August 2025* Excellent hair colour. Quick and easy to use. But you will need a plastic mixing pot to mix both sachets. The colour develops very quickly so great in in a hurry and do not have the usual 30-40mins most other box hair dye require. But not this is only a small sachet so really only best for root touch-ups. The dark brown colour I chose came out more like a dark dark brown almost black. So might want to go up a shade if using for the first time and on your roots only. I love the convenience of this small quick acting hair dye and will be purchasing this regularly as I can't fault how good it was at covering my grey in super quick time. Excellent product. With no over chemical smell.Lastly I used my own moisturising hair conditioner as this pack does not include it. But not a problem to use my own as this keeps the cost down. I use an Argan Oil hair conditioner which I find is better than the conditioners most of these box dye come with.
