Poor quality but great customer service
Awful quality - the stitching is hanging out in places, and some parts of the stitching are incomplete. Two of the letters from the top and bottom row are also joined for some reason and just look ridiculous. I am incredibly disappointed and have contacted the seller for a refund.UPDATE: when I contacted the seller they were very quick to sort the situation out and give me options to fix the inconvenience.
