Did you use this screen protector with the $80 Spigen case it was designed to be compatible with? When you use the case did you find it fit correctly.

Yes, I am using this screen protector on the front in addition to the $80 case, and I find the tandem work perfectly together. There is no lifting if the glass by the case, and no gaps with the case and the front screen glass.

Does this include something to protect the inner screen?

Unfortunately, no. This screen protector only protects the outer screen. The application was very simple, nas looks great with no bubbles if the directions are followed. Also works great with the Spigen case.

Will this fit with the pitaka case?

It's safe to assume this will work with most cases

Does this screen protector cover the entire camera or does it have cutout?

It covers the front camera. No cut outs. Solid slab of glass.
