**Q: My slats are 16" off the floor ... how tall can these adjust to?**
A: If you are using a standard bed frame with wheel sockets; these will mount in the sockets and fully extended will give you apron. 9” of under bed clearance...Hope this helps

**Q: How short can they adjusted?**
A: I just measured an extra one I had left over, 1 1/2 inch.

**Q: I want to mount these on wood. What size does the hole for the insert need to be?**
A: The black threaded plastic insert needs a 1/2 inch hole.

Like others, I had one of the plastic pieces break during installation, but not enough to prevent me from being able to complete the process. I was able to use these to level my bed frame in an old turn of the century home with a sagging floor. It is dead level now and I really appreciated the ability to get it perfectly dialed in and stable. Overall happy for the cost but they aren't anything spectacular.
