Difficult to setup even for experienced IT pros.
There are what should be standard setups that require odd settings. SonicWall expects you to use port number one (or at least one of the lower numbered ports) on the switches to uplink to your router/firewall. If you attempt to use the higher end ports or the SFPs, some very non-logical changes need to be made to the switches settings.

It came as stated and the support code worked.
It was generally a plug and play setup. I did notice a difference in speed from my old 500$ net gear switch. This thing does work much faster at data management. The support from dell is real. It is hit and miss though if you get a dell rep that you can understand. Or Knows how to fix your problem. Sometimes you gotta call at different times to get a tech who is trained on this specific device.
