Should suffice but...
I bought this to sort of sweep the carpets for hair before vacuuming. Between my daughter and myself, we shed a lot of long hair and I have to spend time cutting all of it from the roller on the vacuum cleaner. I am hoping this rubber-bristled broom will ease the strain of operating on my vacuum after every use.A bummer was that the little extra wall mounting hanger for the broom came out of its packaging broken. It is plastic and one side was already snapped off.

Great but the stinking pole! Grrr!
I love using this broom because it picks up a ton of stuff, but the freaking pole is awful! It is constantly coming undone at the height adjustment area even though I lock it, and it comes undone from the broom head too. Since I want to be able to take the broom head off to wash it, I don't really want to superglue it, and at the area where you can adjust the height, there's no easy way to superglue it even if I wanted to. I did superglue the hanging end and the two grippy things that you put a microfiber cloth on to mop with (yes, those plastic pieces fell out too when I tried to use them the first time).Besides the horrible pole issues that drive me absolutely bonkers, this broom works incredibly well. I have lots of pets and this picks up fur from my hardwood floors like no one's business. Putting the microfiber cloth on it to damp mop works great too. It works on the low pile throw rug I have in my living room as well to pull out the absolutely shocking amount of fur my animals deposit on it on a daily basis. But the best part of this entire purchase for me is the little mini lint remover brush that came with the broom! My pets adore being brushed with it. Even my Siamese, who hates all brushes loves the little rubber brush that came with this. My dog goes into zen mode when I brush him out. I will be a lifer ordering these brushes for the pets. A+Would I recommend this? Yes, I would. You have to know that you will have to keep tightening some of the joints with the handle, but it really is an effective tool in my furry house. It's worth the bother imo, and the lint remover is an extra perk that I, and my pets, are really happy about!

Different from the metal ones
This works but a little different from the metal scraper one I have, I like using this and it's easy but there's no really easy way to get the hair out of the bottom except by hand. With the metal ones they pile up into a ball and with this thing it collected inside the bristles but it did pick up the hair

Works!
My son found out after getting a dog that he's allergic to dogs/dog hair, and obviously not giving up his dog, so this helps win the war against dog hair/dustmites. It's really easy to use & doesn't require that much elbow grease.

Great tool
I love this. It’s easy to use and put together. It makes cleaning a lot easier especially at night when you don’t want to take other up. Picks up a ton of dog hair!!

Poorly Made - Parts Don’t Fit
I wish that I had watched the video review from another purchaser saying that pole B & C did not thread together. The threading is too far down on pole C so pole B cannot reach it to twist them together. Without that, you cannot use any force to sweep. You can’t switch B & C around because the threading won’t fit on D/Broom Head. Unless you plan on taping/gluing/soldering B & C together, don’t buy it.

I mean gets the job done
It works decently alright but I’ve had better for cheaper. Usually use it for removing dog hair from carpet and dog hair is getting stuck between the brush and it isn’t the easiest to pull out so have to stop every now and then to pull the hair out and so it takes more time.

Picks Up Hair
It does pick up pet hair. Works well on big carpets. If you have smaller carpets you will have to hold them down while you "brush the rug" otherwise the rug will move and it won't work so that's a bit of a pain. I use the smaller brush for the stairs. Does the job. The handle on the bigger brush turns while using and you have to keep fixing it.
