I never know if supplements are working or not but they seem fine and are not doing any harm that I can tell.

I take my iron pills bc it’s good for my body! These are a higher mg than the ones I get from the grocery store. Take your iron!

I have had issues with low ferritin levels for quite some time. I’ve had to have iron infusions, but when I’m not taking the infusions I need to supplement with pills.Up to this point I’ve tried both ferrous sulfate, and ferrous gluconate, so it’s now time to try ferrous fumarate.The pills are small—about the size of my pinkie fingernail. They are dark in color and coated so they’re easy to swallow.It’s not possible for me to know if they’re raising my ferritin levels this early, but for now they seem like a good choice for supplemental iron.

It has not caused any digestive trouble or constipation. I feel a difference after just a few days so I think it may be absorbing better than other forms of iron (I have tried many). I am looking forward to seeing the long term effects and test results.

These iron pills are tiny, coated and easy to swallow. It is a good amount for someone with low iron levels. I have not had the opportunity to have my labs done again to know if it is helping.There was no odor from the bottle upon opening, and the pills are flavorless. At this point, I would recommend based on my limited experience.

A lot of iron supplements can tear up your stomach and I don't get that from this. The pills are small and easy to swallow

I was definitely surprised to see how these pills looked! I've definitely never seen shiny black caplets in a supplement before. These are coated and easy to swallow. I'm giving 3 stars for two reasons: First, the listing says these are organic, but the bottle does not indicate that anywhere; the seller needs to change this on the listing. Second, I question if taking 65 mg of iron daily is safe, as every resource seems to indicate that 45 mg daily is the maximum safe limit.
