This cream feels like hand lotion and not greasy Vaseline type thick stuff. It is a creamy white color and easy to spread and apply.I have some peripheral neuropathy in my feet and it is especially bad after teaching all day. This cream with the menthol soothes the nerve pain but it is light enough to keep the skin on my heels nice and soft to the touch. Yes it smells but not overwhelming just only the menthol you smell. Kind of like a mild Vicks vapor rub smell. I apply to my feet at bedtime, give it about two minutes to soak in after I rub it on, then I put my husbands extra large and extra wide socks on. I use gloves To apply the creamSo my hands don’t spread it around. After my feet are In the socks I don’t smell it anymore and it washes out of the socks with no smellOr residue remaining. The jar lasts me about a month. I love this stuff!

Bought it for myself but it burned my sensitive skin. I gave it to my uncle. He had to put it on with gloves but it worked well on his back. Strong scent!

Helps with pain

Product wasn't full upon arrival. Did not relieve my pain. It had a strong menthol smell that gives you the impression that it's working. But no relief for my pain. Good price. Good size.

I ordered this cream to use for massaging my 'frozen shoulder' (adhesive capsulitis). About the time it arrived I overdid it on spring yard cleanup and ended up with super sore hips and back. This cream has done a great job on both of these ailments. I'm very impressed! Note: It does not contain CBD- that I know of- the hemp I believe comes from hemp seed oil, very good for the skin but it's not psychoactive.It is important to know this product does have a strong herbal smell- and not the hemp, LOL!- it has arnica, menthol, and other ingredients that cools the soreness as it goes on then sort of warms below the surface as it soaks in. My husband said it smells like Noxzema and I think it smells like the Mentholatum my dad used to use. It's not unpleasant and dissipates in less than an hour, then you're just left with the relaxing light tingling feeling. One more thing I'll add- be sure to wash your hands after applying and before you rub your eyes or before you use the restroom (yes, there's a story but I won't say anymore, just passing on that wisdom).

This cream is nice and thick, applies easily and absorbs well wherever you put it, however I would suggest not putting it on your face (even though it's marketed as a face moisturizing cream) due to the fairly strong methol vapors that are present. I happen to love the smell - the wife not so much, but it could make your eyes water if it's too close. I've not tried anything containing hemp before so I'm not sure what benfits I should expect from that specific ingredient, but as a foot cream this works exceptionally well at softening and moisturizing my dry cracked heels as well as the rest of the entire foot. The menthol gives it a nice cool tingle but I do have to wear socks afterwards in an attempt to mask the fragrance for the wife. Personally I use it as a signal when the scent dissapears, it's time to re-apply. You get a good amount for this low price and it might just be my new favorite night-time foot cream.
