These are fit for purpose and certainly work. Dropped one star as they are extremely hard to get in to. The covering on each suppository is too hard to pull open. I often have to use scissors to get in to them

I love these, you use one, which with a little water is very easy to do. Within a few minutes you’re going to the loo and it’s not a disaster either, more a controlled event so no accidents.

Easy to Use
It's difficult to give medicines an unbiased view as it very depends on what type of condition you have and how severe it is. I took this while suffering from a nasty bout fecal impaction but having already taken a course of Cosmocol powder. This was really a belt and braces medication suggested by my doctor to ensure that the issue had been cleared. I used one suppository on two consecutive days with not much of a result. I can't really blame the suppositories as I believe there wasn't anything left in my bowel to move.The most positive thing I can say is that they are very easy to use. Just remember to dunk it in warm water before inserting and push it well into the rectum. Stay still for about 10 minutes and see what happens.I hope they work for you.

Wash your hands before and after using the suppository. Remove the suppository from the packaging. Lie on your side with your lower leg straight and your upper leg bent towards your stomach. Gently insert the suppository into the rectum, pointed end first. Remain lying down for a few minutes to allow the suppository to dissolve. Expect a bowel movement within 15 to 60 minutes. Use only as directed. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
