I have the latest firmware version as of June 2014, Firmware Version: 1.02b03. Occasionally it will silently "block" all the wi-fi connections from any access to the LAN and the internet - so even though you are connected OK you cannot ping or connect to anything else inside or outside the LAN except the router itself. That requires a reboot but if you do not know about it, there is no indication that the router is blocking you. It has two antennas but it is not much better in reaching rooms behind walls than other routers. All in all, it is OK for the price and remember to reboot it often.To clarify, it is a wireless router, not a broadband modem.Update August 2014:It appears the DHCP server on this router is useless: it assumes the router itself is the gateway and the DNS server and does not allow you to set it up. So this is pretty much a brain dead box.
