I've tried several different magnesium supplements and this is one I have landed on. I'm not a DR and I am not giving medical advice. Do your own research. What I've read and what seems to work for me is that I take these in my bedtime stack because Magnesium with B-Complex and VIT C all work synergistically to help me feel strong and the Magnesium helps to promote sleep. Even though I'm taking a hand full of caps I have never had any upset stomach and the Mag complex does not give me loose stools as taking Mag citrate alone would. I've reordered this a few times and will probably do so again when I run out

This is feel like is a very good product but my belly cannot handle the vitamins it made me nauseous and I even took them on a full tummy. Wish it didn't make me nauseous. Quick wonderful customer service to help

Just started taking these and I’m very happy to see a product work so fast . I’m experiencing better deeper sleep meanwhile I also have more energy in the daytime. As a person who doesn’t poop daily these have me going twice a day which I love .

no additives either. I will continue to use and reorder when finished.
