beler 20986268 Automatic Gear Shift Knob Fit for GM Buick Regal Opel Insignia Vauxhall 2009-2013

I bought this for my 2014 Buick Regal gs. This knob fits fine and works great. Looking at the old knob this is a lower quality, but it’s nothing severe.The issues I came across is that I have a US made Buick, and you have to cut off the bottom silver peice and remove the locking bar to get the old one off. But the new one slides right on and doesn’t have a locking bar, so If I ever have to do this again it won’t be too bad.The other was that this sits a little higher than the old one, so when reinstalling the leather piece, you need zip tie the very end of it, instead of leaving some space like on the original. At first we zip tied it in the same spot, and there was just enough tension in the leather, that when you put it in park it would pull the shifter just enough that the car said you were not in gear. To deal with that you had to push the shifter a little further, or just adjust the leather, which is what we did.The dealership only sells the entire thing which is like $120, so this is worth it in my opinion. I haven’t had any issues whatsoever since initial install, and as of right now, I would purchase again if needed.

The thing still sticks, key doesn’t come out of ignition when it sticks. Annoying. Easy to install but giant pain in the ass to remove the old one. It’s tolerable but only a little better than the broken one.

The dealership wanted to charge us $165 for one and we thought why not give this one a go and it fit perfectly and it does the job.We used it on a 2015 Buick Verano

I ordered this product because the gear shift on my 2013 Buick Verano broke. This product is a perfect replica of the original piece and works great.

Did not fit my 2013 Buick Verano. I’m not happy at all, paid extra to have to shipped here and now I’m another 2-3 days without my car.

Looked to be of similar quality of Factory original on my 2011 Buick Regal. After installing, it would not fully engage release button on shift lever. Wasted my money . I had to go to dealer and order OEM .
