Capital Midas 450 Chest Freezer - [Energy Class A]

I bought this freezer in 2016 and up to this point it is still going strong but I am writing this review now because last week I sent their customer services an email asking about wanting to purchase some extra baskets but have not received a response from them.So in short, the item seems OK but do not expect any support from them if you have an enquiry or you need support.Shame!

A freezer that is excellent value for money

Chose this because it said could be used commercially and we are it is a nice freezer with three baskets that are quite deep also a useful ledge so smaller thing in the bottom are not under bigger objects.Arrived quickly and packaged well.

Very happy with it sofar. Will update after i have had it a while.UPDATE: Now about a year in and still working great, it's in the garage at the momentAs normal with non defrosting fridges is you get a bit of ice build up around the door edge and it's important to remove this periodically so the door closes or ice will build up very fast and cause extra stress to the pump, (a handy scraper was included with mine for this purpose)

Brilliant. Great freezer, simple controls, bags of space and nice deep baskets provided. Only time will tell if it proves to be the bargain I think it is.

I recently bought this chest freezer, because my other one broke down.My son recommended this make of freezer to me, and i was not disappointed with my purchase.The delivery men were polite and curteous, and very helpful.I have found the freezer to be working very well, thank you.
