CHEFMADE Brownie Cake Pan, 12-Cavity Non-Stick Square Muffin Pan Blondie Bakeware for Oven Baking (Champagne Gold)

Initially purchased one for myself. I makes the best brownies, and the difference from previously using a 13 x 9 pan is not even close. Each of these individual brownies made with this Chefmade brownie pan are perfect in texture and the perfect serving size. The pan is very good quality, non-stick is good, and cleans up easily. My sister-in-law wanted one and my daughter did as well. So I ordered 3 more - one for each of them as a Christmas gift and then another to keep for a future gift for someone if needed. Yes, this is a brownie pan but the difference in quality of the baked brownies is worth purchasing. I may try baking chocolate chip cookies to see how they turn out in this pan as well as small individual cakes. FYI - I learned that you do not adjust the baking time from what is suggested for a 13 x 9 pan. For me the easiest way to remove the brownies is with a plastic knife going around the sides. I also use a very small spatula. Again, clean up is easy and I hand wash the pan just to make sure that it will last for years. I highly recommend, and my purchasing 3 more after my initial purchase says it all.

I bought this pan a while back with the intentions of making brownies to sell at my friend’s restaurant. But with moving and traveling and school and life, it’s been in the corner and I haven’t gotten to use it. I used it today for the first time and fell in love. First. I would like to say the Pan is heavy and sturdy. It’s different from any other pan I’ve had. I greased the pan for the video I posted but I didn’t grease for another batch and it still came out perfectly the same. They just skip out! The edges are also perfectly crispy just as I like it as well. I’m going to try and bake some other goods in it but I’m sure they’ll turn out perfect just like these brownies did.

I am so happy I purchased this brownie pan. My husband and I love the crust around all the sides of brownies. It was very easy to get them out of the pan. Actually I turned it on the side and some fell out. The only thing is that I have to be better at filling the pan as I was not too neat but an easy wipe with a paper towel did the trick. We also like the smaller portions. I had brownies in the oven shortly after the pan was delivered. Now looking to see what else I can make, maybe cornbread. Buy it as you will not be sorry!

The first thing I noticed, when I pulled this muffin tin out of the box, was how heavy it was. This was surprising, since most muffin tins are very light. I was planning on making some chocolate chip muffins, so I used my new muffin tin. I haven't received the square paper liners yet, so I used a little cooking spray to coat the tin and made my muffins. The muffins turned out beautifully and the pan cleaned up with just a swipe of the sponge, even where it looked like some of the chocolate might have stuck to the cup. In the future, I will look for Chefmade whenever I need bakeware.

I like crunchy sides on my brownies and now I can bake individual brownies. Pan itself is well made. Love it.

Top notch construction with perfectly uniform squares. Truly heavy duty, the metal is thick and will not bend or twist like thin aluminum tins. The anodized finish is even, and all the edges and surfaces are burr-free. I have many of these being used every day in a busy specialty kitchen.

I love this pan. I really wanted a different one that they sold on QVC- but it was no longer available. :-( Upon doing a google search, I noticed this pan looked just as good- so I bought it. This baking pan surpassed my expectations and I am grateful that I bought it. I can make mini quiche in this pan, or brownies without cutting them up. Now the brownies are all the same size and neatly edged. It is a well made pan and it was VERY easy to clean. If you are looking for a durable pan that is easy to clean and perfect for making mini-loaves, THIS is your pan! Buy one! Guaranteed to please!
