Nice for the price
This was larger than I was expecting, probably due to me misreading the listing dimensions. It holds a lot, and the various compartments allow you to sort your office supplies, like pens in one, markers in another, scissors and letter opener in a third, etc. if you're into that kind of organization. It spins freely, so you can easily find what you're looking for. It takes up a bit of room on your desk, so it's not for cramped spaces.

Spins well; obviously plastic
This is a classic lazy susan pen holder. It has a central circle an four sectors in an outer ring. The inner circle has a slightly taller lip than the outer ring. It spins smoothly. It is obviously a white plastic rather than any sort of more expensive material nor is it likely to make someone think it is a more expensive material. It is working well for holding paint brushes in my craft area. I'm pleased with the very smooth spinning action.
