Was a little skeptical when I purchased these, but I was tired of the ugly sweat stains on my favorite golf cap. These work as advertised! Simply peel and stick on the inside front of your cap. You can feel them there, but they don’t make the cap any tighter. I suppose if your cap was tight to begin with, this might make the cap too tight. I now don’t have to worry about the sweat stains. These also prevent sweat from dripping down you brow, down your face and onto your sunglasses (super annoying when putting). The only minor complaint I have is they they don’t adhere as well as I would have hoped. If my hat is sitting on the shelf overnight, sometimes they fall off. This isn’t much of a problem because you just stick them back on and they aren’t gonna fall of while you’re wearing the hat. They do stick to themselves easily (think of accidentally folding duct tape sticky side to sticky side). So you have to take care once you peel off the backing. They will basically last forever if you don’t sweat. Everyone sweats in different amounts so it’s hard to say exactly how long they would last for everyone. I would say they last 2 golf rounds for me if it’s hot. Overall a great product and I’ll buy more when my current pack runs out.

I'm a bald guy, and sweating through hats has always been a proble. I was excited to try these out so I could wear nicer hats on sunny days without worrying about ruining them. These pads adhere relatively well to most hats, but some designs just didn't fit the adhesive well, so there was some separation and needed to re-apply during the day. They definitely hold sweat and keep from any soaking through! I wore a light gray had to an outdoor wedding, and had zero staining though my head was beaded with sweat at some points. They do add juuuuust a tiny bit of width, so some of my hats felt a little too tight with these in place; most adjustable hats are an easy fix, but fitted hats may vary in comfort depending on how snug they were before installing the pads. Overall, these are recommended, and I would buy again.

I bought a pack of six of these last August (2019) (on Amazon) for under $10. I put them in a couple of "baseball" type caps and a couple of bucket hats. I wear baseball caps when golfing or working outside, and bucket hats when fishing and for most other outdoor activities. I wore these hats through late summer and early fall, and starting again this spring. Based on this somewhat limited experience, I will say they do absorb sweat and add to the comfort of wearing a hat. There is a point however when they will become saturated and the benefits are mostly lost until they dry. For someone who spends long days sweating in the sun (think of hauling hay or something like that) they may actually be less useful than for someone lightly perspiring while riding around in a golf cart. I just washed my hats, and didn't try to reuse the liners. (I don't think they can be cleaned except for surface dirt.) For my purposes I like them enough that I was going to order some more, but they are not a "have to have them" item. I am hesitating right now because they have nearly doubled in price in less than a year. At around a buck-fifty OK, at around $3, I am experiencing a little price resistance. I plan to use the two I have left and wait to see if the price drops.

Great investment. My husband can now wear his favorite hats without worrying about sweat stains.

These sweat bands are great since the sweat doesn't get absorbed into the edge and brim of the baseball cap and stain the cap. These bands absorb all of the sweat from your forehead. They aren't always 100% adherent but that may be a good thing since you may want to remove them from time to time to wash the cap. I reuse the bands for a long period of time with the same cap and they still work well. Of the 15+ caps that I've used them on, only one has given me any problems with remaining in place when I remove the cap from my head. I think that I has more to do with the particular band fabric on the cap than the sweat band.

Great idea but this product is much too large for a woman’s hat. I threw my money away as I missed the return deadline and my husband had no interest in using the liner. Shows I have seen this product on talk more about it for woman and makeup lines in hats which is the main reason I bought it. They need to try it before recommending it for woman or manufacturers need to make a women’s size

I got these for my boyfriend and his hat collection. He said that the liners adhesion was outstanding. It stuck to his hats and when he pulled it off to trade out for a new liner, it did not leave the inner brim all sticky and covered in the stringy glue like all the other brands he's used before. The absorbancey collected all sweat and didnt leave him with the sweat trails dripping down the side of his face because those old liners were drenched full already. The one and only complaint he had was that the liners stickiness went all the way to the top of the liner so when you put it in your hat, it not only stuck to the inner brim but it pulled on the inside of the front where most logos go. Making it kinda crunch up in front of the hat.

Wish I had bought this long ago, I would have saved a lot of hats and been more comfortable

Husband loves these things. He is a repeat customer. He puts them in all his favourite hats. They do sweat through on really hot days though. But great for everyday wear.

The product is weak. It keeps coming of the cap when not in use.
