1. The display was not working.2. Batteries were not included, though the Amazon description said they were.3. On/off button worked (one star for that). But temp up/down buttons did not. Couldn't check if any other button worked since there was no display.4. Amazon accepted return.

Temperature setting not operating. Also, On /Off button not working.
The media could not be loaded. The remote is not working for temperature setting. It constantly on 25 degree. Centigrade. Not able to increase or decrease. Seems the problem of +/- button. Also ON /OFF button also not working. Replacement required.
