I purchased the Manicure set in the rose/gold finish on July 29th. When I received it two days later, I walked into the living room to show my wife. She looked it over and said, "How did you know that I needed one? This is fabulous. You are so thoughtful!" She then walked out of the room with the manicure set in her hand! To be truthful, I didn't know that my wife needed a manicure set. I actually ordered the set for myself. As a diabetic it is important for me to keep my feet and toes in good shape. So, what does a "thoughtful" husband do at this point? Well, I asked my wife what she thought of the set. She explained about the majority of the 18 tools in the set. I had no idea what an eyebrow shaping tool was or a cuticle shaver or an ear grooming blade. I originally ordered the set for the ingrown toenail clipper and the large size toenail clipper. As my wife explained the tools, she mentioned that the quality of the tools were quite good compared to many of the other cosmetic tools she owned. She once again thanked me for the set and went back to her sewing. It was clear that there was a need for a second set! I went back to Amazon and ordered a another set in the black finish for myself. I can clearly give the rose/gold set five stars. It offers more tools than you would ever really need and it is attractive with a quality case. I do need to mention that the black set is a bit too military like in its finish for me. This is just personal, but the dull black finish does not compare to the stunning look of the first set. So, if you are thinking of being a "thoughtful" husband and giving this product as a gift, I would keep with the rose/gold set.

Bought this last year for son for Xmas. He travels with him at all times. Bought 2nd one for home use. Has everything he needs and very convenient

I LOVE THIS SET! It is absolutely everything I wanted out of a manicure set.The color is a classic navy blue with nice stitching and an easy shut snap closure.The tools are well crafted and work great. No more squeezing as hard as you can and not getting anywhere. They have nice navy blue grips, matching the case. Each tool has its own place and are firmly held in place, making it great for traveling. The quality of the set is indisputable.Another of my favorite qualities, is that it's not in a hard case. While I love the looks of the hard cases, they're not very functional when trying to get the tool you want. Anyone who has problems with their fingers, as in arthritis, will appreciate this case. There is no prying tools out or putting them back in. They come straight in and out, and and stay in place once they are in their own holding place.Given the quality of the case as well as tools, the coloring and style, as well as functionality, this manicure set would make the perfect gift to give with pride... If you can part with it yourself.

This is something I purchased for travel. It’s not the highest quality but for the price can you really expect it to be? I like that there are so many tools in a nice case. This would be a great gift for a teen/early 20’s/traveler. Great stocking stuffer! I believe it also comes in more masculine colors.

This kit came in quicker than I thought. Gave it as a gift to both of my daughters, one of which was going to college. It has all sorts of nice implements to take care of nails with. It is all in one carrying case which makes it easy to travel with and keep everything all in one spot. I like that it came in a couple of color options also. One daughter loves rose gold and the other is really into black which made these gifts perfect for each of them. I would definitely suggest this as a gift or just to use for yourself.

Pretty manicure set, especially for the price. It came with a few extra tools that I wasn't expecting. Nonetheless the extra tools can come in handy in the time of need. The tools are definitely sharp. Could compare them to Tweezerman. Haven't gotten them wet to test weather they will rust or not. At the same time I don't have a need to get them. Overall, it was worth the purchase!

I needed new nail clippers that are for everyday use and good for travel. For the price, these were ok and nothing special. They do look pretty and the case helps keep them organized for travel. However, I don't think they will last that long. The paint looks like it will rub off easily. The tweezers are pretty useless. The slots are either sown too tight or too loose for each item to be held in place. The snap for the case can easily be broken. It's also not easy to close the case since the clippers are a bit bulky. For the price, this was an ok purchase and I didn't have very high expectations. If you thinking about getting this only for the tools I would reconsider. Other than the nail clippers, each other item wasn't made well for its purpose. Take the nail filer, it isn't going to last or give you a smooth filed nail. It just shreds the tips of your nails. The cutticle pusher is a thick metal piece and it isn't going to push very much. The cuticle trimmer won't get close to the nail to trim well, too bulky. Tweezers, the tips don't even meet so it can't pull anything out. Each metal tip is either to thick and bulky or not sharp enough to do the job. Overall, just ok but nothing special. For the price, this will be a temporary set until I can find individual pieces to replace the ones that I won't or can't use.

This is a really a fantastic manicure set for the price, it comes with a ton of different tools! So many in fact, that I didn't even know what to do with a couple of them, lol! But the seller includes some super handy photos containing descriptions for all the tools in the product listing for reference. The pale peach colored case is soft to the touch, lightly padded on the outside and clasps together tightly to securely hold all the beautiful, rose gold tools inside. I've used quite a few of the tools in this set and they all work great. I'm very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend this set to others.
