Valentoria Small Crossbody Bag Cell Phone Purse Wallet Leather Card Slot Clutch for Women

Beautiful white wallet/ cellphone purse. I bought it for a formal spring wedding. It is better than I expected.

I purchased this purse in preparation for my wedding weekend as I knew we would be doing quite a bit of walking and I really wanted something small to carry around my phone, money, ID, and lipgloss. It’s cute, I was able to fit what I needed in it. Unfortunately, day 2 of using it, the hooks for the strap BOTH ripped off and I had to hook the strap to the zipper to improvise. Incredibly frustrated with the poor quality of this product. I wish I had tried it out before hand so I had time to return it. I’m very disappointed and will be tossing it in the nearest garbage can when I am able to (hopefully) find another purse to use for the rest of my trip.

Used the clutch one time and the holders for the strap broke. Made from a thin material. Now it’s just a wallet. Very disappointed.

I bought this bag last April for my vacation in May. The elastic loops that attach the shoulder strap to the bag broke almost immediately while I was away. By the time I returned from my trip, the bag could no longer be returned as the return date had expired. Despite its cute appearance, I wouldn't recommend this bag because it was poorly made and has a short return policy.

This was a Christmas gift so it's only been used for a little over a week now. Both of the buckles for the straps have broken off so it can't be used like a purse, which was basically the reason for getting it - a purse without all the purse-like space. The zippers are a bit difficult to manage, too, but I could get over that part if only it still had the ease of carrying it around like a shoulder or crossbody bag! Very disappointed.

Recieved a month ago. Did not use every day, possibly 12-15 times and both loop handles broke on the same day. Also, because it happened about 4 days after the 30;day warranty expired, all return info on Amazon site has been removed. Extremely disappointed in both the item and the return policy.
