Place your bets with Camel Up, the hilarious game of betting on camel races. Winner of the prestigious Spiel des Jahres award, Camel Up invites you and up to seven of your friends to the wackiest camel races you’ll ever see. You each play as members of Egyptian high society who have gathered in the desert with one goal in mind: back the right camel and win a pile of money! Each round you can bet on the camel you think will win a leg or even the entire race. Just remember: the earlier you place your bets, the greater the potential rewards. Things get wacky fast once the race starts! Camels are lanky and awkward, so sometimes they land on top of each other, creating a stack of camels. The poor camels on the bottom have to carry the others toward—and sometimes across—the finish line! Camels higher up the stack are considered to be ahead of those further down, so keep stacks in mind when betting. Although, instead of placing more bets, you can always step in and try to swing the race in your favour… In this race, it’s not just the lucky ones who strike it rich. Reading the dynamics of the race and having a good sense of timing is just as important when backing the right camels. For example, after a camel moves during a leg, its die is removed from the pyramid; this makes it easier to predict where the other camels will end up. You can also help out your favoured camel by placing your desert tile to give it a boost or slow down the others.

Buy this game or you will forever regret it!
What a fabulous game! So simple of an idea, Camel Racing but executed in such an enjoyable way. We have a family ranging ages from 8 upwards and everyone enjoyed it. Easy to learn and pick up. A super fun game where the idea is to make money by betting on the camels. Pay close attention though, the one in the lead my not come in first!

After you've played through once it all becomes clear and games fly by. My family love it and when there more poeple around it's a good one to play as so many can take part.

This game is really, really fun. It seems complex at first, but you learn it really quickly. A single game takes about 20 to 30 minutes, but you will want to play more than one round. Kind of like poker with camels.

We just love it and so do all our friends. After a bit of a tricky learn it’s easy to explain to others and get the hang of. Highly recommended... even the teenagers put their phones down to play.

1st Edition Advertised, 2nd Edition Shipped
Great game, played it a lot with family and bought the supercup expansion. Purposefully was trying to buy the first Edition as the second edition isn't compatible with the extended track from the supercup expansion. If I'd have known this was the second Edition I wouldn't have bought it

Good Fun!
Good fun! Easy to navigate, watch your opponents place their predictions and then make your move. Compete against each other and guess the outcome. Loved by teenagers and young adults.

Brilliant game, poor elastic bands
This is a brilliant game and good fun for the family. We are really enjoying playing it. However the elastic bands sent to build the pyramid are very week, after only two games two have broken and we are on our last one. Stronger bands should be sent or more of them should be supplied.

Great game. Great product. The board, pieces etc are very strong. One of the best I've seen in fact. Too many can be flimsy - not here.
