This massager has become my new end of day lifesaver. After working outside all day, neck and back are screaming-and this little powerhouse knocks the tension out fast. Teh 3D kneading feels incredible while working deep into the tight spots, and the heat levels are perfect. I love being able to switch between the different warmth settings depending on how stiff I am. The vibration modes add another layer of relief that is needed and welcomed. The controls make it easy to use and not overly complicated. Durability seems excellent and very adequate power.

This back massager was very easy to use, as it has a remote control that makes it convenient to change modes and intensity. I liked that it can be used in many different ways. The box shows you how to use it comfortably on your back and then turn it a different way to use it on your neck. Once I got myself in the proper position for what I was using it for, it had very good pressure and definitely gave me a decent massage! If you want a softer touch, try the vibration mode. This product is definitely worth a try, along with this company's foot massager, which is heaven!!

This is a great massager if you’re looking for something for your back. Positioned upright, the Shiatsu massager works great for your lower back, but flip it upside down and it works great on your upper back, shoulder blades, and your neck, though for your neck, it’s a bit wide. Comes with a wired remote which is nice and convenient (no twisting or losing your position to change the massage settings). The shiatsu massager heats up for more therapeutic relief and allows you to change the rotation of the shiatsu with the remote. Also has various vibration settings for the upper back, but unfortunately does not have a steady vibration setting, only pulsating vibrations at different tempos, which is why I give it 4.5 stars instead of 5.

We purchased a knee massager from this same company 4 years ago and it is still going strong and is used regularly by my family. Because we had such a positive experience from our first purchase, I decided to buy this pillow massager as well. This thing is a lifesaver! The design is simple, is of a pillow size but this baby is very strong a massager! The most striking feature of this massager is it versatility. You could basically massage your lower back, your upper back, your shoulders, and your neck depending on where you put the pillow. I find out that for massaging your lower back, put it on the chair between your lower back and the back support, for upper back and shoulder, on the back support of the couch on upper side, and for relieving the pain in your neck, put the pillow in the bed and rest your head thereon. This pillow has an ergonomic design where the nodes hit just the right spots and gives a relaxing massage. I love that I can read a book or watch tv while it's kneading away! the massager has three shiatsu modes (clockwise, anticlockwise…), three massage intensities, three vibration modes in term of frequency, and three heating levels. You can combine the intensity of massage, modes of kneading, modes of frequency, and intensity of heating by manipulating the controller. Honestly, I look forward to using it every day after work. It helps relieve the tension in my back, shoulder and neck especially from the long hours sitting/standing at my computer. I feel so much more relaxed afterwards. If you're in need of a reliable back massager, I highly recommend giving this one a try. It's affordable, effective, and also comes with 3 years warranty.

It does really work as a massage device and also heats but it's really stiff when you place it against the lower or top part of your back. The massage works good, Vibration isn't affective and heating is okay. Quality is average for the price it's offered for. I wish if it was more comforting for the lower back

The Shiatsu massage pillow has a detachable flap that can be used to soften the Shiatsu massage, or the flap can be placed back and the unit used directly. The Shiatsu’s controls allow adjustment to high, medium, or low, along with a reversal of direction of massage control. The vibration massage is also adjustable with three different preprogrammed modes, or off. Additionally, the heat is adjustable to high, medium, low, or off. The Shiatsu massage can be used with, or without, the vibration massages and/or heat and there is an autotimer for thirty minutes.

I've been using this mainly for my back while watching TV in bed at the end of the day and it works really well. The nodes feel deep and the vibration plus heat make it even more relaxing. You can control the pressure/strength of the kneading by how much you lean into it, sitting upright gives a gentler massage and lying onto it gives you a much deeper, stronger feel. It also fits nicely around the neck. The heat warms up evenly without getting too hot. It has become something I use almost daily. The controls are easy to use and very intuitive too!

This one is an amazing product. The intensity of massage with soothing heat is the perfect combination of enjoying the massage and getting relief from neck pain. Since most of the people use mobile phones and keep looking/ reading or playing games by bending the neck/ head while keeping the phone at waist level especially when sitting in public transport or in the office, park, restaurants etc.. this massager provides lots of relief from the neck pain. Using this massager is very easy and the price is very reasonable. This comes with 3 levels of intensity, 3 modes of vibration and also the heat setting can be adjusted to 3 levels. The massager is programmed to run for 30 minutes. The performance of the product is pretty good and consumes less power. Must have for people of age groups and can use every day.
