Much faster than Fire Stick 4k
Got this to replace a Fire Stick 4k, noticeably quicker andno buffering or lag anymore. Very easy to setup.

Hands free Brilliant...
After years of using firesticks ..I upgraded to fire cube...Easy to set up and hands free is brilliant .picture is so much better ...and the firecube is so fast.. all in all a game changer ..so pleased I bought this ..

Does Amazon Music Dolby Atmos!
Not as good a picture as Nvidia Sheild AI up scaling 1080 to 2160 but functionality and control is better. Allows native franerste pass through - critical to avoid jerky frame rate between 24p and 25p and 30p. Pops up my doorbell in a Pip and allows voice control on Sky Q.wow! It's brilliant.

Waste of money
Waste of time pass tru randomly turn off, or switch to random app for no reason like Netflix ,mostly when you try to go back to connected device in my case pc it doesn’t see output only black screen restart cube doesn’t work I need turn off my pc to start it again so cube can see hdmi,not talking about cube freeze and only way to sort that is to pull power cable expensive toy with always got some issue

Very good upgrade if you have the kit for it
Read a fair few reviews saying this isn't worth it over the 2nd gen cube. However it really is if you have a good 4k TV and surround and you are streaming things through Kodi or other side loaded apps. The main benefits are WiFi 6 (you obviously will need a WiFi 6 router to make the most of this), audio pass through, 4k upscaling of lower Res video and noticeably more power over the 2nd gen. Also has nice to haves like better mics for Alexa and a more modern look. If you already have a 2nd gen cube plugged into just a TV, a non WiFi 6 router and just want to watch stuff on netflix don't bother upgrading you won't notice the difference. If you are "a power user" and have decent hardware to make the most of the new features this is well worth the upgrade. In addition going refurb rather than brand new is a great way to save money, I've had multiple refurbs of fire devices and they are like new.
