A good mixture of theory and practice
As someone with 15 years experience in IT consultant, I found this book useful, with lots of practical advice and real-world examples. The chapters on establishing credibility and managing client meetings are especially helpful.This book would suit newcomers to consulting, but also gives some useful advice that more experienced consultants would benefit from seeing too.
