Adorable but sharp edges!
The little houses have sharp edges, so if your baby is playing alone he can accidentally step or sit on it and get hurt! But is adorable and perfect to interacting and play peekaboo animals with your baby :)

Grandbabies Love 'Em
The triplets enjoyed playing with the animals more than the houses, but they were only one year old. I like the fact that they'll be able to get even more use out of them as they grow up (i.e., using the houses for sorting by color, number, guessing the animal inside, etc.).

Finger farm animals
My toddler granddaughter LOVES these!!!! They are lightweight, easy to clean, and adorable. She lines them up everyday and recites all the animal sounds. I highly recommend these cute animals!

Cute and Educational, lots of opportunity for creative play
I got this for my son because he loves putting toys into containers, boxes, etc. and I thought he would love to put the animals into the houses. At first, he was overwhelmed by the number of houses and animals and didn't seem as interested in the toy as I had hoped. I then removed all but a few of the toy houses, and left the animals in a basket. He was much more engaged with the toy when there were fewer houses and began to put different animals into the houses that were available. The houses are great for color matching (as one could take the roofs of the houses off and leave it to their child to put them back on, match them back up to the same color). The houses are numbered as well, but as my son is only 16 months we focus more closely on the different types of animals (naming them), and the color of the houses. My son also loves to play with the animals just by themselves and will move them around to different containers. The houses and animals are good quality, and I've put them in the dishwasher to clean a few times already without issue.
