Product that was ordered was stated as firm striped hotel pillows, but in reality they are very soft. The pillows are not showing any labels to state that they’re firm, medium or soft.I would not repeat purchase.

Quite flat after a while
They came soft and just a bit flat and after about a month, they’ve remained soft but gotten flatter. I’ll advise you get two for each pillowcase.

Nice pillows but found out in the morning they are just a bit too soft. My hair was pointing straight up. My partner said I looked like Jedward. Oh well, it's nothing a comb can't fix.
