Complete Clean Easy Reach Floss Picks, No Break & No Shred Floss, 75 Count

I've been using Oral-B Glide floss picks for years, but with my last order in November 2025 the quality dropped dramatically. They would snap after barely flossing one tooth. After reading reviews, I saw someone recommend these Dentek floss picks, so I decided to give them a try. They arrived today and I’ve already used one — and it flossed my entire mouth without breaking. I’m genuinely impressed. The floss itself is very thin, almost cotton-like, so you do need to be a little careful when applying pressure between your teeth to avoid irritating your gums at the bottom of the gap. The feel is quite different from Oral-B Glide, so that may take some getting used to. That said, the strength is outstanding. These floss picks feel almost indestructible. With the recent drop in quality of Oral-B Glide, I was going through four or five picks per flossing session. With these, one is more than enough and still going strong. Highly recommended.

Great for reaching those back teeth

Stirdy and effective - good price.

bought this product after seeing several companies market this new design, which is supposed to make it easier to reach the back teeth. The good part is that the 90-degree angle between the handle and the floss does help somewhat with reaching those areas. When flossing molars, the stem sticks straight out of the mouth instead of sideways, which is more comfortable on the cheeks. However, the stem is too flexible to hold further down the handle and still apply enough force to insert the floss between my teeth. Because of this, I end up gripping the pick close to the head instead, which partly negates the benefit of the design. As for the floss itself, it does fray, even though the marketing says it doesn’t. That said, it is more resistant to fraying than many other flosses I’ve used. The floss is also quite thin and slippery, so it doesn’t seem to do a very good job of grabbing and removing trapped particles—at least in my experience. The interdental brush feature is essentially useless. It’s made of hard plastic and provides no real brushing action. The only way it fits between my teeth is vertically, which means the “bristles” (if they can even be called that) are aligned vertically rather than horizontally, making them ineffective for brushing. That said, I didn’t buy these picks for the interdental brush, and I suspect most people won’t either, so I won’t hold it too strongly against the product. My advice to the company would be not to add features that are half-baked, as they can create a negative impression without providing real benefit beyond possibly attracting initial sales. I would also recommend strengthening the stem and considering a wider, grippier thread. If those changes were made, I would consider buying this product again.

A very good design for cleaning teeth but the floss can shred and break while flossing. The interdental end piece is great for removing hard to get at trapped food like fruit skin and seeds but is slightly too soft so can buckle and prevent it from working. I hardly ever taste the mint but that does not bother me. Overall happy with this product but often have to use 2 each session so they don’t last as long as expected. Tried their ‘Green’ version it’s so soft the interdental end piece breaks off and jams in your teeth, I had to use a tweezer to remove it. This is a safety issue.

Decent dental picks that do the job. The mint flavouring isn't very strong and the "back teeth" design of them make them much easier to use than the type that go to the side. The pack is flexible plastic so they're good for when travelling as well as the packing doesn't take much space.

I was happy with the Wisdom easy sliders but could not find it and got the Dentex easy reach. Found Dentex a bit tight and stiff to floss compared to Wisdom. Hope it gets more flexible with use.
