Bags do a fantastic job of keeping soft and hard cheeses in a pristine state for a much longer time than store wrapping or manufacturer wrapping. Reusable several times, as long as the cheese doesn't stick to the inside of the bag in the case of soft cheeses. Was hoping for a single package of 75 bags, but received 5 packs of 15 bags each.

Will save your cheeses because it can allow them to breathe. And I re-use one bag many times with different cheeses until the bag is worn down a lot. Saves in cost. Just use soft cheese in a separate bag than hard cheese and change the soft cheese bags more often. So much better for the taste and cheese longevity than using plastic.

I like to use this packaging for all the cheeses; however, I find it does not preserve soft cheeses very well, such as Colby or Monterey Jack/Colby blend. The firmer the cheese, the better this preserves them. Great product. It has made the "cheese vaults" I formerly purchased quite worthless. These bags aren't cheap, but I find them very good to use, nevertheless! And they last the whole time I have any large cheese stored in them.

Been using these for years now, and I cannot stress how much longer my cheeses stay fresh and mold-less! I actually buy the max amount to always have on hand and for a little better per-unit price...and to share with friends who become converts as well!! I do prefer the BAGS versus the ROLLS, although I imagine some find the rolls preferable for large wheels of cheese, etc.

I've used this product for a couple of years now and cheese keeps much better and longer than in plastic bags or wraps. I have to say, however, that it does not keep cheese (including sliced cheese) for an inordinately long time, the cheese can mold inside these bags and then the bag should not be used anymore but needs to be discarded. The paper bags are easy to use, though, just stick the cheese inside, fold the bag over to cover everything inside, and refrigerate. They are also fairly strong, more so than the brown cheese bags I have used in the past. I bought several sets of these cheese bags to give to my grown children. The cheese does not sweat in the bags when refrigerated and no moisture has developed like it does in plastic bags. I am happy with them.

I've been using this product for several years, and it works with most types of cheese (very soft or wet cheese can saturate the paper). After wrapping a piece of cheese in the storage paper, I put it in a partially-sealed Ziplock bag and stash it in the cheese drawer in my fridge. The cheese remains moist and free of mold for several weeks. Works much better than ordinary waxed paper, parchment paper or plastic wrap. Company shipped the wrong product (cheese storage bags), but quickly replaced it with the item I ordered.

These are very expensive but worth it not to throw out moldy cheese
