I thought this to replace a used controller on my heat press. Re eived it a few hrs ago and double checked everything to make sure it was an exact match to the current controller I have. I know that the fuse compartment was loose on my previous model so I went to tighten it on the new one. Opened it and found no fuse. Fuses are to regulate the temperature and are a vital part of safety. Not having a fuse installed with no indication anywhere on the ad that it is not included is a serious safety hazard. Luckily I found out before plugging it in. Would noy buy again, might return anyway for lack of safety.

This item worked well for almost 6 weeks then it stopped heating. I have to set it 150 degrees hotter than the temp says and it still is barely hot enough. I've only used it about 6 times. Amazon will not replace.

They sent me a defective control box, it would not heat over 50 degrees F. When the company told me to check the fuse , there was no fuse in the fuse spot and the wire that attached the fuse to the control box was not connected. Very disappointed

This item did not work at all. It literally did nothing. I was sent a defective item. I understand it happens but then I returned it and nothing. It is not even showing returned. No response, no refund. I am very disappointed!

Keeps shutting off when it gets to a certain temperature!!! Idk if I got a bad one in the bunch or not. But I don’t recommend this
