Not too runny not too thick and sticky. Its perfect to give you the even, glossy finish. It smelled like chemicals initially but with time the smell faded away. Idk how else to explain it lol. It doesnt irritate your lips at all. Once applied, it would last for atleast 3 hours if you dont eat or drink anything inbetween. It needs to be reapplied after meals. The applicator has a curved side to evenly distribute the product on your lips. Love the packaging, it comes in a glass bottle which is quite strong (i have dropped this gloss soo many times and im glad it didnt break). It can definitely be applied over other lipsticks or can be coupled with lipliners. A must buy to enhance your lip makeup and ive never loved a gloss more.
