Is the cover insulated?

Both our cover and the bath itself are made up of multiple layers with a pearl foam insert to keep the water colder for longer.

Question 2

I'm not real tall, but I am fairly large (5'10" and 380 lbs). Am I too big to use this comfortably?

Not at all - you are likely to find the XL a lot more comfortable than our standard size as this will provide you with the extra leg room.

Question 3

I am 7' 320 lbs.  Will I be able to fit in this?  Do they offer a larger one?

You will be able to get in, however it’ll be really cumbersome, and very difficult to get out. You’ll displace much of the water, and you don’t submerge your chest. For an individual your size you’ll need more of a tub or trough style plunge. I think even most bath tubs would be too small. Not for size to fit in, but for depth. I’m 6’0” and 225 lbs. I displace 6 or 7 inches of water in this plunge, for Refrence. 
I’m guessing you’ll find something on the order of 200 to 300 gallons, more comfortable. This will allow you more room, to lay down, and also displace water, with out spilling over. You’ll probably want hard sides, to help you sort of pull out of it as well.

what is the coldest temp this tub can maintain?

I have a 1/3 HP chiller. I easily get it down to 43 and I leave the chiller off all day, and it only raises to around 46 or 47. I did add additional insulation though. I used a 5 foot roll of foil backed soft foam insulation I bought from Amazon. It was 48 inches wide. I folded the top and bottom, and cut it in to 110 inch long sheets. Them I put the layers inside each other, and wrapped it around the tub. The folded edge, gives it a very factory finished look. I sort of think of it as a Koozy, like for a soda can. I also added 6 layers of the same insulation inside the lid. I just used scrap.
