Best gluten free flour
As someone who is gluten intolerant and has spent years trying different gluten free flours, this one is a game changer. King Arthurโs Gluten Free Bread Flour consistently produces beautiful, bakery quality loaves with great texture, rise, and flavor. My bread turns out amazing every single time, something that can be incredibly difficult to achieve with gluten free baking. The biggest compliment I receive is from friends and family who eat gluten regularly. Without fail, when they try a slice, they ask, โWait, this is really gluten free?โ The texture is soft and chewy instead of dry or crumbly, and it tastes like real homemade bread. I havenโt purchased store bought bread in months because the loaves I make with this flour are that good. It has completely changed gluten-free baking for me and made fresh bread something I can enjoy again. If youโre gluten-free and missing quality homemade bread, this flour is absolutely worth trying.

Quality, value
This is by far one of the best gluten-free bread flours I've used! It makes soft, fluffy, and delicious bread with an excellent texture and flavor. The dough is easy to work with, rises beautifully, and the finished loaf tastes just like traditional bread. Every batch has turned out great, and the quality is consistently outstanding. It's definitely worth the price, and I'll be buying it again. Highly recommended!

Amazing gluten free bread!
Love this flour! My sister has Celiac's but with this flour I was able to make cinnamon rolls and monkey bread that all of us could actually enjoy the taste and texture of. I was a little leery at first as it does contain wheat, but she has had no problems.

Can make delicious breads and cinnamon rolls that you wouldn't know are gluten-free
We've made some fantastic gluten-free bread and cinnamon rolls that are far better than store-bought, and you wouldn't even know that they're gluten-free. One thing I recommend is perhaps adding some psyllium husk powder to the liquid you're adding to the dry ingredients to get a little more elasticity and a better rise for recipes that would benefit from it. Just mix the psyllium into the warm liquid you're going to add, and let it set up for ten minutes or so until you get more of a gel-like consistency. Another tip is that gluten-free doughs generally need to be a lot wetter than your traditional bread dough. From what we've seen, it really needs to be more of a gloopy, sticky mess, so you will need to add a bit more liquid than a normal bread recipe may call for. We've found that the dough needs to be too wet for you to knead it. If you're modifying a recipe to be gluten-free for the first time, then be careful and increase the liquid by a tablespoon or two at a time until you get the desired (gloopy) texture. If at the end of it you baked something up that turned out a bit stiff, didn't rise much, and has bone-white sides, then odds are you didn't add enough liquid. Oh, and you absolutely can use this flour in a starter without having to make any changes to it.

Best alternative to regular flour with a gluten free diet.
Perfect in taste with gluten free diets. Cup for cup measuring eases the amount to use in gluten free baking. Using this for years and have not found another with same or better taste. Costly but the quality is worth it.

Great but not as much in the bag as advertised
I did some math before buying a bag and assumed I would get enough for two recipes- I needed 7.5 cups of flour total. 1/4 cup per serving x 30 servings per bag = 7.5 cups of flour. I actually got more like 6.25 c out of the bag. I was disappointed with that. However, the flour is great. It โactsโ differently than a gluten free all purpose flour in cinnamon rolls and other bread products. Itโs easier to handle, rises nicely, and tastes really good. I have been gluten free for 20 years and have tried many flours, and this is very good!

Exceptional bread flour at a great price
Gluten free flours are difficult to find in the grocery store. King Arthur is a wonderful brand, the quality of ingredients is exceptional. Everything baked with King Arthur flour is very good and performs like regular wheat fours - only without the gluten. This flour is reasonably priced.

Bake up a storm with gluten free
Really good product for bread making and being gluten free. It also is the best for bread machine recipes, at least that I have found so far in comparison to other brands I've tried, such as Bob Mills and a store brand I found.

Best GF Flour
My favourite gf flour! I get the best rise on all my baked goods with this product and I have repurchased over and over! It is quite pricy here so if you can get it in store or else where youโll likely be able to find a better price. However, it is very difficult to find in Canada so appreciate having this as an easy fall back option.

Not as good as expected
This is supposed to be the best bread flower you can get, I have had more success using a generic flour.
